Front staff people were unfriendly and rude. They sent me the wrong prescription for my contacts and told me it was my fault because I scheduled my appointment online instead of calling the office. I will not be back and would encourage everyone else to find another provider. There is a lot more to this story but I'm just not going to take the time to type it all out. Just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
I have a difficult prescription, but Dr S. listened to my concerns and provided a great solution for my vision problems! And Shawn at LensCrafters’s took time to make sure I was getting the best value lenses. As in previous visits, she suggested the perfect frame immediately!
