Every time I visited Dr. Mastor, he lectured me about something. When I stated that I didn’t require a lecture, he blew his fuse. We ultimately exchanged words & I stormed out of his office. I find this “so called professional” to have an aggressive attitude and lacks professionalism. God awful physician who clearly went into psych for the money. There was a review posted a few years ago which called him a “pill pusher who only cares about the money” and I would say that’s completely accurate. Runs a questionable practice where he never even sees the patient before allowing his staff to prescribe controlled substances, and loads up his office with dozens of hidden fees ($25 no show, $75 reschedule, $150 if the appointment is 15 minutes or longer), and demands patients be seen in office for excessive testi... read more
This doctor doesn’t care about treating all kinds of problems. He segregated which patients he wants to help. After 1 visit I’m discharged for no reason. And I’m still trying to find a dr. in this area. Good luck finding one as it’s pathetic. I’ve been here years, and still haven’t gotten treatment I need.
One of my co workers recommended Dr. Mastor so I thought I’d give him a shot. About half way (40 minutes) into the extremely personal questioning, after I had expressed extremely personal information to him, he began making inappropriate comments. He was also pushy and nosey when I felt uncomfortable answering certain questions. He came across as judge mental and arrogant. Great doctor very professional and listens to your issues. His staff is always there to help you with anything you need very sweet , family environment. DR. Mastor goes above and beyond to make sure your meds are safe through blood tests and follows up thoroughly with his notes. always attentive with his follow ups and makes sure his patients are not rushed and takes all the time he needs to assure you are on the right path.
Dr Mastor is very attuned to my needs. He reviews last visit notes and listens carefully to concerns. He gives detailed understandable answers to questions, taking careful notes. Waits may be long because he does not rush anyone through their visit!
