Very trusting.
On time, the Dr showed me my xray and explained what he was going to do....As he did the procedure he talked me thru.
The entire staff of nurses and administrative personnel are all dedicated to helping make your experience as pleasant as possible, even though you are usually there because you are in pain.
Only issue I had, I was.put in a room for 40 min before I was able to see Dr Rosenberg. He is very good at providing the pain relief I need.
