Dr. Brustein and his team are personable and professional. Making appointments are seamless and quick. In general, you can make an appointment and add insurance details without ever having to call the office. Dr. Brustein's bedside manner is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, honest and friendly but he also listens to your concerns and takes into account the path you want to choose. Highly recommend...
My husband, Daniel, was seen in a timely manner and the staff was courteous and accommodating. Dr. Brustein was patient, knowledgeable and professional. We were happy with his visit.
This was not a good experience. When I called for the appointment. I specifically said I needed a shot because the pills weren’t working and they were making me feel weird. I paid my co- pay and didn’t receive the shot. He stated he could get me into another facility but told me it would be next week. Very disappointing.
