My experience when having an injection at the West Hills location was amazing. From the moment I was taken in and given a curtained area to remove outer garments, both Matthew and Shira (the anesthesiologist) were calming, caring and compassionate. Dr. Berkely spent time with me both at that appt. and on a follow up phone visit 3 weeks later. The pain, although lessened is still present, the next step will be Physical Therapy to see if that will help.
