Doc OK but not special, just OK. Staff is not knowledgeable, has difficulty fulfilling prescriptions, comprehending patient's needs for pre-visit lab work (doc cannot know where my thyroid is at without lab results in-hand), cannot understand my thyroid needs check every 3 months, for life. Becomes very trying to deal with.
Very inefficient with refilling prescriptions. I haven't been able to take my medicine in over a week because she hasn't faxed my information even after I've called her office multiple times and the pharmacy multiple times. I would not recommend. I will be switching doctors asap.
I love how fast the office is. There is no crazy wait time. The staff are very helpful and Dr Kaur answer's all the questions and is in the door very fast to see you. I was referred to the office by a dear friend that has seen her for over two years.
