Dr Kaur is a very smart and knowledgable doctor.
The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is very low and Dr Kaur is very nice and understanding and very patient. Takes her time.
Took 3 months for them to receive my referral,another 3 months for my first apt.Spent an hour drive to&fro.Spent 30+ min in lobby and 5 min with doc. Called about 8am for my results.Was told the doc would call me.9hrslater.Phone rang once and she hung up.Called her mess center.Was told I can't talk to her unless it's an emergency.She called me the next morning more concerned about my google review then my health telling me to delete it.Still uncertain of my results.Staff is rude just like doc.

Knowledgeable, but horrible bedside manner. Not much compassion. I'm a pretty dry person myself, so I don't need small talk and chit-chat. But straight up not shaking a new patient's hand, or a continued lack of eye contact, that's just simple kindness. From what I could tell, I was the only patient in the office, yet it seemed like Dr. Kaur had somewhere more important to be. I'm looking for another doctor. She just wasn't great with people.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Kaur. I was informed that I have calcification in a thyroid nodule and she gave me many options while explaining the pros and cons of each and we decided to do a biopsy. The day of the biopsy she explained the procedure and was very quick and comforting. I'm the biggest baby when it comes to needles but she was so fast and efficient that it didn't even bother me getting 3 pokes in my thyroid. I'd definitely recommend her.
Doc OK but not special, just OK. Staff is not knowledgeable, has difficulty fulfilling prescriptions, comprehending patient's needs for pre-visit lab work (doc cannot know where my thyroid is at without lab results in-hand), cannot understand my thyroid needs check every 3 months, for life. Becomes very trying to deal with.
Very inefficient with refilling prescriptions. I haven't been able to take my medicine in over a week because she hasn't faxed my information even after I've called her office multiple times and the pharmacy multiple times. I would not recommend. I will be switching doctors asap.
I love how fast the office is. There is no crazy wait time. The staff are very helpful and Dr Kaur answer's all the questions and is in the door very fast to see you. I was referred to the office by a dear friend that has seen her for over two years.
