I recently completed a 10 week GLA:D programme led by Dr.Jared Barrieau and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Jared gave clear instruction, watched for proper form and was on hand for personal guidance. I have noticed significant improvements in my overall well being. I have just completed the Glad programme and I was very leased with the experience. Dr.Barrieau was always ready to help with an exercise or to adjust one if you were having trouble. His method of rotating who you were paired with each week fostered a real feeling of camaraderie in the group. Knowledgeable students also were ready with advice and assistance. Anytime a 78yr old lady with OA and many other health related issues can participate in a program and receive such positive effects is a WIN in my book. Thankyou to Jared and his team for their expertise, patience and support. It’s wonderful to have this program available in our area.
