Terrible experience with Janna Burkrus, D.O. I was experiencing an anaphylactic reaction at the ER Saint Francis Glenpool location. She did not see me for approximately 20 minutes, did not examine me, and stated you’re having a panic attack. She was clueless about my situation even though I was trying to explain. I asked for a certain lab to be run that would clearly show what my reaction was, she was very reluctant to order it but finally consented. I received the results that clearly indicated my symptoms. She got me in and out in a timely manner. She is really nice. Very professional Doctor. By far my best emergency room experience ever. We need more Doctors like her. Keep on keeping on Doc.
Worst ER experience of our lives. “Dr.” Burkus refused to treat my wife’s acute symptoms because they stemmed from a chronic condition, and “I don’t treat chronic conditions in the ER.” Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this fraud.
The rudest and most hateful Dr I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I'm currently being admitted to another hospital over an issue she said needed no treatment, that could turn life threatening if ignored. She Argued with me about what I had told her and offered no diagnosis. Called her supervisor and they suggested I go to another st Francis because "it sounds like you need treatment" She shouldn't have a license
