Super impatient rude person on the phone. I explained I have Cigna OAP which is PPO, and they just said they never heard of OAP so they don’t take it.
Dr. Huang is one of the best doctors i have ever had. she is always on time, on top of things, and best of all, she is very helpful. Her staff is always very helpful, anytime I call in, they always pick up. Amazing doctor. I have had her for 14 years and recommend her service 10/10.

My experience with this clinic was disappointing and frustrating. The inability to provide an on-site visit and the reliance on Zoom calls showed a lack of understanding and accommodation for patients unfamiliar with the US medical system. When I sought clarification about a recommended breast mammogram, the nurse, failed to give a clear and informative response about what exactly mammogram does and she can’t even answer if the exam include X-ray test.
