Not only did she help me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. She helped me to deal with very difficult stressors at work. During my appts with Dr. Spraggins, she has thoroughly answered all of my questions - and further, has been available by phone when I have had additional questions. I feel strongly that Dr. Spraggins is very smart, knows medications very well, and is conservative in her approach. She is also very kind, and listens well. Dr. Spraggins has always been able to accommodate my schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Spraggins' professionalism and expertise. She's great.
Unprofessional office. Miswritten prescription and wrong billing (billed extra, no insurance coverage). Caused more distress than not seeing a psychiatrist.
