I know my mother-in-law likes her Doctor however, We came here for Appointment on time at 9:45 and they change it to "12:55 p.m. in the afternoon" without telling her after we Drove all the way from bargersville Indiana, to Rush to get here at 10:00... And they Al they stated we got a New System , Will Try to work her in.. 92 years Old we had to go through all this without "Any Professional Call in or Apologies"..!!!! 😕 I said pure laziness can't make a phone call and let a person know when their next appointment is changed... read more
