I wouldn't recommend this dermatologist. Extremely long wait times with short appointment. Diagnosis not explained.
Dr. Cheng office was phenomenal. From beginning to end. They were very professional and polite and the doctor was even better. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatoligist
I would never recommend this clinic since they will not make appointments without you giving your SSAN on the phone.
I called this morning to make an appointment with Dr. Cheng. I spoke with Karen the Receptionist. She wouldn't schedule me an appointment because I didn't have my Husbands social security number right away. I told her my Husband was on business and I would need to call her back with it. She didn't care and stated they can't schedule without it. I have worked in the medical field and our Dr's Would of never toleratedd us acting that way and lose a New patient. Too bad, the Dr. Was rated high.
