Both Dr Jane Galang and Dr Andrew Galang are pleasant & kind dentists who I feel lucky to have found. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the entire staff is professional & warm, which makes someone who used to fear going to the dentist, feel at ease.
During my cleaning, the hygienist, Domingo Dorazco, flossed my teeth with excessive force, even between teeth with spacing. The floss caused intense pain, snapped, and left a cut between my front teeth, which began bleeding during my drive home. Despite repeatedly telling him it was painful, he did not adjust his technique, insisting he was “going deep,” and blamed my sensitivity, attributing the pain to my own anatomy. Bad place not recommend don’t even bother going there their money hungry they don’t care about your teeth and they just care about money out of the pocket. They treat people that are Medi-Cal very poorly. They also lied.
