Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
