When comparing them to others in their field, I would say Dr. Pachtman isby far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. He consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust him to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Dr Pachtman was extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. He actually yelled at my child for not responding to his questions immediately. He should NOT be working with children. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. We arrived on time to our first visit with Dr. Pachtman with high hopes he could help us with our daughter's vision. The technician completed the basic eye test and stated Dr. Pachtman wasn't in yet (20 minutes after 9AM appointment time). After waiting in the tiny examination room for 40 minutes, we wondered if he had an emergency elsewhere and perhaps we should re-schedule.
