We have been seeing Dr. O'Neil for years. He's a fabulous Dr--probably the best Pediatric Ophtalmologist available in the Phx area. We DREAD visiting him, though, because we often have 2 hour waits in his waiting room and the staff is a little surly. I'm sure that's because they have to deal with patients and parents who are really ticked to be waiting for such a long time. I believe they triple book the patients.
