My daughter has been seeing Dr. O'Neil since she was an infant when he did her surgery for ROP because she was premature. Dr. O'Neil is one of the best pediatric eye doctors in the Valley, I was even told this by the eye doctor my husband sees. Appointments do tend to take a while and he runs a little late but he is working with kids who can be unpredictable.
