After seeing multiple eye doctors he was the one we felt most comfortable with he did both of my boy's surgeries. The front office staff is rude and the wait is very long I have to take the whole day off for this appointment.

My son suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury four years ago due to an accidental fall. Both the doctor and nurse who worked with my son during this visit were very judgmental and rude. They insinuated more than once that this was not an accident. The nurse actually asked, "Are you SURE it was an accident?" The doctor had said that injury to both eyes is only from a shaken baby syndrome which is FAR from the truth. He had said that CPS MUST have been involved. He had insinuated that my son was abused. My daughter has been seeing Dr. O'Neil since she was an infant when he did her surgery for ROP because she was premature. Dr. O'Neil is one of the best pediatric eye doctors in the Valley, I was even told this by the eye doctor my husband sees. Appointments do tend to take a while and he runs a little late but he is working with kids who can be unpredictable.
