I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date. I am not too fond of the chairs in their waiting room. They might want to invest in something that enhances patient comfort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for (Dr Pennington did but not the staff). I knew that I could count on him at all times. Waiting time is not so good.
