I found the staff very friendly, especially the medical assistant. I did not see Dr. Fetchero, but the nurse practitioner. I couldn't tell you what her name was. She was very friendly, but never introduced herself! Also, typically bloodwork is done whenever I have had an annual physical. It wasn't this time. My only complaint with this office is the amount of time I am on hold waiting to speak to someone.
