I was never uncomfortable Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. The office was easy enough to find. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
