I took my 3 year old for his first dental appointment and he was completely traumatized. The staff refused to let me back into the examination room with him, but assured me if he became distressed that they would retrieve me from the waiting room. After they completed the service the presented me my child in hysterics. The hygienist informed me that he cried through most of the procedure, had to be restrained, and was crying "no no" repeatedly. Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
