I just want to sincerely thank Dr. Valk for taking me in just two days before Christmas and removing my exposed roots. I hadn’t slept in days from the pain. I have severe dental anxiety and haven’t had great experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Valk made the entire process so easy and never made me feel judged. Until recently I have been very satisfied with my care and the attitude of Dr. Valk and his staff. I’m learning however that niceties only go so far… I recently switched to a new dentist after being a patient of Dr. Valk, because I mentioned at multiple appointments about tooth pain. Dr. Valk could not find the issue at either of the appointments I made, through xray and physical examination, and I was shocked to learn from the new dentist that I now need a root canal on a tooth that should have been caught much earlier.
