Extremely poor office management. Numerous phone calls and always put on hold, I hung up after 12 min. Tried for 3 months to get a response so I physically went into office. Retinal Clinic doctor had faxed twice for them to laser my eye issue. The receptionist claimed they never got it and then said she found it but it was for the tech department to deal with. Duh! They are the worst to call you back. Had cateract surgery 3 months ago with lenses put in. They still hurt . All they say is use more drops
Worst experience they do not answer phone calls nor call you back little update finally they called me back specifically after they saw the bad review that I gave to them and guess what they fully booked for next 7 months so why you even still taking referrals??!! Big scam don’t be referred to them because you gonna lose vision even before you get seen by their smart surgeon
Dr. Tucker performed cataract surgery on both eyes and the results are amazing, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr Tucker and his staff.
