We saw Dr. Jesse for a lip tie revision for our 5 1/2 month old. The office was very nice and welcoming; they even had the electric fireplace on and hot coffee in the waiting room which as very pleasant with the rain outside. Dr. Jesse and his staff were very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained the procedure, benefits, and aftercare. Dr. Jesse and his staff are so positive, informative, comforting and understanding. The lip and tongue tie procedure were almost painless for my 3 week old son and he healed nicely. Dr. Jesse could have rushed but he took the time to get to know us a little, hear our questions and make sure we understood what was going to happen. He even took the time to make my 4 year old daughter feel special and safe while she watched the procedure. We really appreciate this office!
