Shortly after my son was born, I saw a very noticeable lip tie. After bringing up my concern to several doctors and nurses while I was in the hospital, I was told not to worry about the lip tie and that it was not necessary to do anything about it. Dr. Jesse presented himself as very knowledgeable about the procedure to remove lip and tongue ties. The process was very quick and I got to hold our baby while they worked, which I really appreciated. They gave very clear instructions for post-op care and kept the process and atmosphere very low key, thank you.

It is always GREAT to come into Dr. Jesse's office with his great group of employees (family) and relax while being treated like the queen that I am! haha! You "guys" are all terrific and work hard at patient satisfaction with kindness, humor and respect.

The lady that assisted Dr. Jesse in the procedure was very kind and genuine in learning about our family. My husband was the one who held our baby as she received the procedure. My husband said it was very quick and our little one cried for just a brief moment as they did the procedure. Once it was over she stopped crying. I saw an immediate difference in her latch (her latch was a little shallow).

Dr. Jesse made us feel so comfortable about our son’s revisions even though we walked feeling super nervous and anxious. Our baby was pretty difficult but Dr. Jesse did an amazing job!
Overall our visit was excellent. Dr Jesse thoroughly assessed and explanined lip and tongue ties as well as the procedure. Everything went as planned it and breastfeeding has been a great experience, thanks to the revision of my daughter’s lip/tongue.
