Receptionist argumentative. PA DR or whoever Carlos is has got to be the least interested healthcare professional i have had the displeasure of dealing with....this is our healthcare Texas. The only bright light was Shanna. She is by far outnumbered. While arriving early to my son’s appointment I was greeted (kinda) by front staff. No hello or anything of course. Just looked at me. Then they don’t share they have a new system but start asking me if I have filled out all the paperwork. It’s our 4th appt in 8 weeks, nothing has changed we’re not new paitents. I did fill out two that I was prompt with this morning via text 22 minutes BEFORE our scheduled appointment. Of course I am unaware they got a new system. I just had my 2nd knee replaced. 1st one was 5 year. Dr. Parker and his staff are the BEST!! They are always so caring and compassionate. They have always been easy to understand when explaing what was going on.
Dr. Parker and staff are the best! They took amazing care of my son’s fracture and treated us with so much kindness.
