I worked in the medical field for 16 years. Not once did I ever come across a physician/specialist who didn't bother to so much as return a call to a patient urgently requesting a very basic, non-controlled, widely prescribed medication. A. It's been over a month since the first appointment, and the measly week's worth of samples ran out long ago. B. My husband and I both see him. We both had great experiences and after I saw a different GI doctor that was unhelpful; Davenport listened, was thorough, and figured out what was wrong with me! I will be going back to him in the future.

Dr Davenport is a gem. I could tell during initial telehealth consult that I was talking to a good man. How many doctors would make a patient call the Saturday before Easter? Great doctor, great person, He really cares about his patients and wants what's best.
I seen Dr Davenport in the ER two years ago this May. Had some bleeding ulcers that had to be repaired. Ended up in ICU for a couple of days to have a blood transfusion. Absolutely love him and continued seeing him for a lot of nausea. He ran several test and ordered many different meds that I couldn’t tolerate. Now it’s April 2025….
