After a "Terry Gilliam-esque" nightmare of bureaucracy with a previous provider—where I was told to "head across the street and get an MRI at the hospital" with no paperwork or referral—finding Dr. Pak was a massive relief. I've been to several general hospitals, but this one was the kindest and cleanest; everything was excellent. You can only truly understand a doctor's character after visiting other places. He seems to possess excellent character, which is the most important thing, followed by medical skill. He also saved my leg without having to amputate it. Thank you. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pak provided excellent service. I called at the of the day on a Thursday before a holiday weekend with an urgent condition as a new patient. He took care of me right away. He was polite and professional. He listened well, asked the right questions, recommended treatment options, and then made it clear that it was my decision how to proceed.
