staff needs to learn how to answer phones like they have a brain. hated the medication. felt better once off it. Don't start medication then you won't have the burden of coming off it. The Dr. was unimpressive
This man could not state reasons for his diagnosis, but rather continually interrupted me to make redundant points with no basis despite my not exhibiting the signs he was pointing out. He is clearly in my view a "Dr. Feelsmoney" and is not in the business of trying to help people, rather dominate them into submission games when possible. I had very simply and honest questions for him and he could not answer them for the life of him. Instead, he restated moot points about "my condition" of which he saw no symptoms but had no... read more
Office staff was great at first and then it started to go down hill, Dr. is a very compassionate man but may have other agenda's. They do bill you more and then threaten to cancel appt. They also are VERY nice at first but after about 2 years you will see a diffence in the staff especially if you are on the Sub. My advice is to get off of it before you really get screwed, once that happens it's almost like you should have stayed where you were. The withdrawls from Sub are just as bad as Narcotics. You may think this is going... read more
I had to write a review based on the poor comments left. It is not Dr. Wiaduck's fault if he can not receive payment based on your insurance.I have been driving 2 hours on a regular basis for 17 plus months to be seen by a trustworthy, overall great office.I actually love the staff and they have been extremely helpful, for example if I am running late they work with me, if I need to get an appointment quick they have always found a way to squeeze me in.This is not the first psychiatrist I have seen either, where you see the ... read more
Excellent doctor with fine mastery of medications to control mood disorders. Very poor office staff that is rude and hard to work with. Takes limited insurance plans. Staff will threaten to cancel your appointment if you do not pay your bill (that they will not send to your insurance company). Good doctor with a poor staff.
He has the rudest office staff. They tell you that your insurance is out of network, then they will chage you the difference the insurance company pays them. When they are suppose to be in network with the insurance company. You will pay not just your $15.00 copay plus the difference in charges. Office needs to be investigated.
Dr Wiaduck is an excellent psychiatrist. He has a very thorough knowledge of medications and gets good results. He spends time with patients. His back office operation leaves a bit to be desired and he does not take all types of insurance. Nonetheless, I most highly recommend him.
Office very rude and not friendly.
