Very professional but personal at the same time
Dr. Michaels has helped my pain level quiet a bit. He is my go to guy for by back pain.
Dr. Michaels really listens to you. He always gives options for you to choose in order to alleviate your pain. Plus, he describes your options clearly.
Dr. Michael's is very knowledgeable and considerate. If one thing doesn't work, he always has something else to try.
He reviewed my MRIs and did a very thorough explanation. He answered my questions and formulated a plan that I was comfortable with.
Dr. Michaels is always kind and attentive. He listens to what I have to say. His staff is also friendly. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to see him.
Nerve testing, very thorough I thought, explained everything. Didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes before being taken back by nurse.
Took time to listen to my concerns. Talked to me in terms I could understand. Did not talk down to me.
Staff made me very comfortable. Dr. Michaels was careful with injection. Check in time was minimal.
