I called the 1st time to make an appointment. I was told please hold. 6min later i hung up and called back. I stated i had been put in hold for 6 mins. The staff member told me . well our computers were down and we were busy. I decided right then and there i will never step foot in that office. They are rude and unprofessional.

Found the Doctor to be very understanding with what I feel was an excellent bed side manner. I most appreciated his sense of humor. He is able to deliver his message(use sun block) without giving you the impression you are being scolded like a child. I did find the office staff to be extremely curt and the exact opposite of the Doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Ulery. He is kind, has a great sense of humor and works very hard to improve the lives of his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Ulery's for over 10 years. His staff is professional and hard working. His nurse Julie is one of the kindest most compassionate nurses I have ever met. Dr. Ulery is an asset to our community and I am very thankful he chose to have his practice here.

I have no problem with the competence or the bedside manner of this doctor, but any doctor that lets his office manager train front desk staff to be that disrespectful doesn't need my future business. It's not insurance requirements, it's office policy, probably instated due to incompetence in laws and medicare billing requirements. What they require is not insurance standards or laws, it's someones idea of these laws are that is false, and the front desk staff is very rude about it.

Very rude and unhelpful staff, did not want to help me and settle minor questions with the insurance, though the insurance wanted the staff to call them. Seemed like the office staff took a stand and absolutely refused to work with the issue, on purpose. Never go back again unless they will hire some nicer and smarter people who can actually work on computer.

No would not recommend him to any one. You make a appointment and he is never on time if you are lucky it might be in a hour later and a very rude office staff most on first check in. Is he hurting that bad for money that they make you pay the co-pay before you ever see him. Then when you get the recite the co-pay does not even show up on there and when I asked the girl said it will at a later time so I think it is best to pay by check.

Had skin irritation in ears and other parts of body. He misdiagnose it. Never took a swab prescribed prescription was over 600.00 when I called back to ask for something else was told to try different pharmacy. I ended up in emergency room. Very rude staff. They said medicare would not pay so asked for proof because never received anything from medicare. Did not receive that either.I am turned over to collections.

Absolutely do not see Dr. Ulery. I went to him with a minor scar on the corner of my mouth. He told me that he could use a laser to blast the blood vessels and make the scar disappear. When I asked him how long of a recovery this process would be, he stated that it would be a few days of redness in the area MAX. Today is the 11th full day since treatment and I have a hole in my face that has not healed where he used the laser. All I have been told is to use Aquaphor. I am ashamed that I paid for
