Dr. Lewis performed my first surgery lumpectomy in 2010 due to breast cancer, when the cancer came back in 2022 and I found out he was going to do my mastectomy, I felt a huge relief. He is a fantastic doctor, well spoken, kind, empathetic, and humble. I trust him with my life, literally. Thank you Dr. Lewis !!!
This man literally saved my life. Amazing surgeon. He did a bilateral mastectomy on me. We were hoping it was stage one and it ended up being stage three when I woke up from my surgery he was sitting on my bedside, holding my hand. I’ll never forget him. He’s amazing. I saw Dr Lewis last year due to a rare melanoma on my cheek. Dr Lewis explained everything clearly and in detail, making me feel safe in his care. He asked what I knew, answered any questions and went over the medical reports. He made sure I understood all ramifications of my situation. He operated in tandem with Dr Herbig (plastic surgeon). I feel very blessed that I was referred to Dr Lewis, Dr Herbig and UT Knoxville.
First and foremost, I want to include Dr Anna Wallace in this review as well as Dr. Lewis. Looking Forward to speaking with hopeflly both of you if possible in the days ahead to express in person my highest gratitude to you both. What a team. May God bless you both. If I may say. I am in amazement with your skills and talents. Thank you both along with the entire team that were involved.
Very helpful staff,his main nurse is very friendly and goes out of her way to help. Dr.Lewis is very good at explaining everything that will be happening during your procedure. I felt very relaxed knowing I was in good hands. Would give him 10 thumbs up if I could. Even his students have the same professional attitude
