Dear Dr. Bryan- Thank you very much for your care, for seeing me yesterday, giving me a shot that really is helping, explaining my shoulder condition and referring me to an ankle specialist to continue my healing. If it comes to a surgery, I feel safe to say that I trust you to take care of me in a future. I would like to get the results of my ankle and shoulder x-rays emailed to me, if possible. Thank you! Dr James M.Bryan M.D. was Amazing at explaining my situation to me. He is very good at what he does. How ever The Women at the front desk made me feel very uncomfortable. She also did not look deep into my chart about why I was their and the law firm that sent me. I truly know that the Job that she holds is a very stressful position because you deal with all walks of humanity (life). People could be very disrespectful and nasty. I want to thank Dr. James Bryan MD and The Orthopedic Clinic staff for taking care of my medical needs yesterday. I accidentally had a fall the previous evening, from which I fractured my wrist. The staff scheduled me in by 10:30 AM the following morning. And by noon, Dr. Bryan completed my examination, X-ray, cast, and instruction. I definitely will share my experience with others, and my high recommendation for anyone seeking orthopedic needs. Now it’s time to have my friends sign my cast!!
