Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
