Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
