Staff is very unorganized. You call & talk to one person & then you call back or they call you and they never got the message that you gave the 1st person. I would recommend that you do not see Dr. Bailey, he has a poor bedside manner. He doesn't look you in the eyes. He doesn't listen when you tell him you have a concern or something is bothering you. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
