Terrible terrible terrible! Bad bedside manner,inappropriate conversation. Abuse of insurance! Was told my pregnancy wasnt viable, switched doctors and boy was Dr. Wasson wrong. Also coded me as a high risk pregnancy the few weeks i saw him. I was not a high risk! Do not go here. They herd you in and out like cattle! Oh and when switching doctors his staff would not send my medical records over until Dr. Wasson "reviewed" them!!!
Staff was VERY unprofessional. The girls that work there act like they're at the mall gossiping with each other instead of acting like medical office employees.
Don't go here. I thought this was a good office to go to for my pregnancy it was not.
I liked Dr. Wasson, i seen him with my first 2 pregnancy's. I didnt see him 1 time for each pregnancy, on several occasions, i seen him. He was friendly towards me, did not seem appropriate, an is straight forward. If you are sensitive, dont go to him. Yes, Dr. Zied did deliver my children, one in Henderson, and one in Longview, but regardless, I think Dr. Wasson is a great Dr.
I went to Dr. Was on for the birth of my third child and was disgusted by the gross abuse of insurance that the office used. I waited until I was 12 weeks pregnant to see him as I have never had a problem with child birth in the past and have no on going medical problems. They did a sonogram right away to "figure out the conception date" even though I was confident of my last period ( I was going on vacation and got it the day before). I have used Dr. Wasson for 11 years. 4 pregnancies included. He is very blunt and honest. He is not a doc that will sugar coat things for you so if you get "embarrassed" easily he is not for you. I would never change. He does not deliver babies anymore since 2005 but that has not stopped me from seeing him with my last 2 pregnancies. I'd never change to another! Live him and all in his practice.
I've let two of my children go see this doctor. The second saw him by mistake. They have both reported very unprofessional conduct with one being asked sexually explicit questions not related to health care. I will NEVER let anyone in my family ever see this doctor again. I have read many of the complaints on this site and most are reporting the same behavior. Unacceptable.
Wish i never went to him! The nurses are so rude,and do nothing but lie!
Switching to medicaid left me with few options for an OB so I ended up with Dr. Wasson - It was a red flag when he started the appointment by saying 'if you hear anything bad about me from other doctors in Tyler it's not because I'm not good, it's only because I send my patients to Longview' ... I'm convinced there's other reasons. I refused the pap smear he wanted to do since I had one just a month earlier, I wouldn't take the iron he prescribed before even checking my iron.
