Great visit!
Sought Dr. Guyton assessment on hip and lower leg pain. He suggests surgery and consulting with a colleague who can address my spine that may be causing leg pain. I will completely follow all of Dr. Guytons recommendations. Previously he replaced both my knees with terrifically good results. I feel very fortunate to be one of his patients.
Dr. Guyton was very professional and explained my diagnosis in terms that were very understanding. I’m most thankful that he was honest about me not needing his services but referred to another specialist whom can address my issues/concerns.

Great. He patiently answered every question with confidence . I left feeling very assured my hip was in great shape.
While Dr Guyton was seeing many, many patients while I was there, he made me feel like I was his only patient. He explained to me the diagnosis of pain in my knees with clarity and kindness. It was a very good experience and he even told me as he was leaving, to come back and see him anytime.
Overall, it was disappointing. My best friend went to OrthoSouth for the exact same thing and was in and out in one hour. My visit took 2 1/2 hours. My wife is convinced that Cambell Clinic is the best and could be true. Dr. Guyton was fine & he was sorry for the long, long, long wait. However 2 1/2 hours seems absurdly too long. I will go back, but I will schedule my appointment at the end of the day when I can afford to lose 2 to 3 hours. Finally, one staff member wore no mask in the offices.

Dr Guyton is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and respectful. Takes time to thoughtfully answer patient questions.
