Dr. Gluck, is an excellent doctor. He's done 2 surgeries on my hands to remove arthritis and carpal tunnel. They are now pain free.
Can read xrays! Knowledgable, courteous, & prompt.
The wait in line just to check in was 15 minutes, so it was apparent the place was extremely busy. Even with a tremendous volume of patients, all staff members were calm and courteous, no one appeared to be rattled, and they just kept things moving as quickly as they could. Once I checked in, the wait in the lobby was reasonable. Treatment was as I have come to expect with this practice; thorough, willing to take time to answer questions. Never felt rushed, even as busy as they obviously were. Highly recommend.
Professional & courteous. Took time to explain my issue. I didn't expect him to be 2 hours late. He should not schedule more people than he can handle. Patients have lives to. or other appointments, jobs, etc, to go to.

Dr. Gluck thoroughly explained the procedure and range of possible outcomes so that I was comfortable going into the procedure and fully understood the potential long term results.
Gluck didn't even let me finish explaining how i felt. interrupted me and said " I've been doing this for 40 years I've heard it all before and i don't want to hear it again." i don't know what he was thinking but thats not how you treat or talk to people who are dealing with something new to them. horrible bed side mannor
He is great but too much wait time for the schedule visit
Dr. Gluck listens and explains in understandable terms. Book an early appointment because this office gets very busy.
