Dr Hoyne really needs to retire. He has no empathy whatsoever for his patients. He isn't available if you are sick, 100% of the time urgent care or ER will take care of you. He can write scripts and that's it! Any condition beyond your vitals is, and I quote "beyond him."
Would not recommend. Being a medical professional myself, I believe I have a reasonable 'sense' of what a medical professional should be able to provide, and how a medical 'professional' should act. I would say this individuals medical knowledge is likely adequate, his professional demeanor and attitude, as well as lack truthfulness, and lack of willingness and or ability to record accurate medical records, makes him highly untrustworthy.
Would give zero rude
Horrible medical director at Umpqua Health Harvard. Avoid that place like the plague!
