Dr.James hoyne is the best doctor I ever seen before he help save my life he so understand good listener, and help me through my addictions. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor is the best.
Is polite and kind. But dangerously did not follows thru, or up. Had I not checked my own blood work, I could have had a stroke or heart attack. I was over 3x to max limit on several tests. And not a call from anyone. Should I mention they all were in red. You only miss this but not even bother looking. Careless, perhaps overworked? Who knows. But I would like to live a few years longer, if that OK.
I was on the suboxen trial when they first started. James ran it. They left me with nothing over a weekend because James wouldn't leave his weekend. I said something like I wish you had withdraw, you might help, that was said to a lady doing the trial. About 3 years or more ago I came to hoyne because he knew I had bad pain. Well I asked if he could help my pain and he said"you are a addic and you threatened my staff( he was the staff) but he thought the people running the program was his staff. How arogant. I told him I did... read more
Nothing good to say. He refused to reduced my medication and now just ignores me after i had to be with my mom in the ER and didn’t go to appt. he never once called or even texted me a simple reminder. 9 years i was his patient. Filing medical malpractice against him.
My father is in ICU because of Dr Hoyne’s negligence. He should not be taking patients off heart medication without consulting with their cardiologist. This was confirmed by multiple parties at Mercy Medical.
after him checking me out I asked a question. He was extremely rude and definitely give an answer that any medical doctor would say. I've told a few dr's about this & they all commented it was out of line what he said. I changed clinics immediately.
He is a HORRIBLE "doctor". He saw my husband twice in the last year with severe breathing problems. Never once did he associate the breathing with a possible heart issue. He just kept prescribing more medicine. My husband just passed away after having two heart surgeries. Had the "doctor" checked for heart issues, I might still have my husband. I would stay away from this "professional". Hoyne should be ashamed to be practicing and needs to retire.
Horrible. I inherited him when my Dr if 3 years moved out of state. I stayed a patient of his for two years. Because of his lack of caring and or knowledge I am in a predicament I shouldn't be in. He doesn't care to order tests or try other medications. He is either a habitual liar or is using his memory. When my case got more complicated and things got worse u will be lucky if u get an ounce of help or he may just cut u off and walk out of the office. Worst doctor I have ever had.
Has been my doctor for ten years. If you want a straight forward opinion and advise, he's the one. He is open to options and a second opinion which many doctors here don't like. His blunt Manor can be off-putting if you're there for sympathy instead of remedial treatment.
