Anybody know how to reach a staff member via text message or secure message? Sometimes I need medication adjustments for panic disorder and PTSD, but I do not need to go to the ER. My psychiatrist in Chicago would had a secure texting system and he would call in/adjust my medications on the weekends in case I was having flashbacks, etc. He'd also call me back right away. I was with him for 15 years. I've only lived here for 3 months, learning how to navigate life in RI.
