Overall I had been very satisfied with Dr. Barta and his office staff. However, my five year old son had four front teeth with caps on them since he was a baby and one had an abscess. He told me that two had to come out immediately to prevent staining the permanent teeth and that the other front two would probably have to come out within months because they were all going to abscess. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
