This doctor failed both my son and myself with his nonsense. He is not at all an advocate for his patients, and is more worried about the insurance companies, playing by their rules, and apparently getting paid. Very discouraged that I've had knee pain for three months, and his answer was physical therapy. Gee, if it didn't hurt so bad... I have been going to Dr. Glenn for about 2 years now for knee pain. I have been receiving Zilretta injections for about a year and a half. I have to have knee replacement surgery. Never have had a problem with him or his staff. They have always been courteous!
I canceled an appointment 2 days before. I now get a $25 no show. Discusting to say the least. Now I got another notice that this is going to a collection agency even after it was supposed to be resolved in person . Very incompetent office staff and extremely disappointed.
My right knee pain level went from 10 to 1 in less than 5 minutes. During the past 12 years I have been getting shots in my knees. Started with left then both. I had total knee replacement of the left in 2018. Making plans for right knee replacement in fall of 2021. The injection I had received on 05/17/2021 was by far the best that I received during the 12 years of dealing with arthritis doctors in Pennsylvania.
I would NEVER, EVER go back to this doctor. I have never been in an office that the receptionist, nurse and doctor had the worse mannerisms in my life. He was running 1+ hours behind, and, gee, no wonder why, he is the only doctor, and, must be a billionaire by now. I had to get a gel injection in my left knee. He talked me out of a cortisone shot. I thought Dr. Glenn was fantastic! He listened to everything I had to say and I never felt rushed. I have been dealing with pain for 4 years and every doctor I went to just made me go to physical therapy, which never helped. Dr Glenn was the first to diagnose me with something that makes sense and knowing I'm not crazy is a huge relief. Thank you Dr Glenn!!
Rudest doctor I have ever met. Was there with a friend and her and I both asked questions. And I was told not to come back. My friend had her knee placed almost a year ago and she asked a question about it and he said you have care plus and we can only discuss the other knee. I simply stated sir all the appointments she has made for this pain and the copays she has paid and he got mad. Your loss Dr. Glenn

My experience with Dr. Glenn and his staff was excellent! I can tell they truly do care about my situation and how much pain I am in. The staff is always so nice and welcoming.
