My first impression of the office was this is wonderful. The staff was nice and really took time to make you feel at ease. Did I mention I'm a big CHICKEN when it comes to the dentist. THANK YOU Ebony, Dr Hauser and I'm going to call her the X-ray picture lady because her name is not floating in my head for being extra patient with me.
Mt. Vernon Center for Dentistry: unquestionably THE answer for people who fear dentistry, fear dental pain, and simply hate not any but ALL dental procedures. The Mt. Vernon Center for dentistry is top notch! I've been a patient here for years and have always received impeccable customer service. In addition, this practice took my dental care to the next level, in turn finding a solution for long-standing sensitivity and likely preventing bigger problems down the line. (The problem was related to my gums and not addressed at all by the previous two dental practices I used.) In my opinion, you simply cannot find a better dental practice!
Great practice but difficult to receive a reimbursement of the difference that your insurance company pays.
