I'm petrified of the dentist, as such, I've gotten myself into a bit of a situation. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, patient, compassionate and most importantly non-judgmental. At every turn they reminded me that I was in charge of the visit. When I told the dentist that I hadn't smiled for over 15 years he actually got emotional and told me 'well, we're going to bring back your smile'. From the moment I walk into the office I feel comfortable. I am always greeted immediately. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I had to wait a few minutes beyond my appointment time. However as soon as Jeremy came to get me he apologized for me having to wait. He was very thorough with his time with me and explained everything in detail. He was very helpful.
As always Eileen is gentle but thorough; both qualities are so important for me.
The reminders are so helpful to me and easy to respond.

Every visit is a pleasant experience. The personalized care and straightforward recommendations for dental care/restoration is done collaboratively and never pressured. They have been our family dentistry for over 20 years and will be until we no longer are able.
