RecommendedLoved this office! Very clean and gave me written estimates and notified of all charges upfront. Great staff!!!
Absolutely unscrupulous! Was lied to multiple times by the receptionist who are not well trained. Then was promised a service that they then refused to provide. I was scheduled for an extraction with a doctor who doesn't extract teeth and was not informed of this until AFTER they took over 200 dollars in unnessisary exrays. When trying to get the issue resolved Dr. Grucella banned me fro. his services and offices. This was not even the first time I've had issues with them. Wonderful staff and fantastic dental care.
I had not been to a dentist for a good while after a bad experience with the last one I had gone to and then losing dental insurance. After getting insurance again I saw that this practice would take my insurance. I made an appointment and was treated in a professional, caring, and friendly way. My questions were answered well. I am in better dental health than I have been in years.
My dad needed a tooth fixed. The practice saw dad within an hour of the call. Dr Cortez did a beautiful job replacing the tooth. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
i highly recommend this dental office. my dental hygienist Jordyn is amazing, personable, and reassuring!!! Never in a million years did I think my teeth would look this great in just a few months!
I was at the canton office today. discussing some dental needs. everyone was really nice n helpful. unfortunately even after my insurance I can't afford to have the work done. it isn't that it is over priced. I just don't have the finances to be able to do it.
I had been previously being seen at this dental office. I had a scheduled visit , routine cleaning, my 5 year old daughter was with me , if at that time children were not allowed I would have just rescheduled, after - 30 min wait, the technician was ready for me , I simply asked her for a seat for my daughter , she stated they had no available chairs , that’s odd for a dental office , she then offered to leave my child unattended in a break room to color.
