Tried to get services at Lakemore office in March and am still waiting for the office to fix the request for approval from Molina. However, the request was submitted without proper images 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke with you guys repeatedly over the last 3 months only to be told it would be resubmitted again!!!!!!!!! So, I have been denied treatment for three months and cannot believe a business can run like this!! How many other folks have been blown off by this office while waiting for approval???
